L&L Freestyle Duo

Charles Long and Dallas Labrada for the original OKC trick team and perform shows around the state.

1980

Dallas Moves to Rockwood

Dallas Labrada move to South Rockwood street where he and Charles are seen riding by Jeff Hester.

1982

Dallas Retires

Dallas Labrada retires from trick riding with a knee injury, while Charles continues to ride and race bmx.

The Birth of the Flyboys

A new trick team is formed by Charles Long, Jeff Hester and J.C. Stacy in Oklahoma City to perform at a local parade in Wareka, Oklahoma. Prior that week, Jeff would break his arm riding in his back yard and be in surgery at the time of the parade.

Uniforms & Schedules

The trio of riders would design and create their uniforms with the help of Stubbs Sporting Goods, and begin regular meet ups to practice and organize the shows.
